Processing Time

All apparel and custom merchandise is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.


Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates begin after the production window, not at the time of purchase.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states. Orders are fulfilled from facilities within the United States where possible, which means faster delivery and no customs delays for domestic customers.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order).

Shipping Delays

While we do everything we can to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume (holidays, product launches)
  • Carrier delays outside our control
  • Weather or other unforeseen events

If your order is significantly delayed, reach out and we'll investigate on your behalf.


Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch a mistake, contact us immediately at support@america1stoutfitters.com — if the order hasn't entered production yet, we may be able to correct it.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier
  3. Reach out to us at support@america1stoutfitters.com

We'll work with you to find a resolution. Packages confirmed lost by the carrier will be reshipped or refunded.
